HAMBLIN RECOGNIZED

Outgoing senior lineman Austin Hamblin represented the COMMANDOS at the 53rd

Annual Awards Banquet of the Middle Tennessee Chapter National Football Foundation & College Football Hall of Fame, Inc. Hamblin was Hendersonville’s recipient of the Charles W. Hawkins III Scholar-Athlete Award. This goes to a player who exceled on the field, in the classroom, and in the community. Hamblin embodied all these qualities being a starter on both the offensive and defensive lines, helping with countless community service events, and maintain a perfect 4.0 GPA. We are so proud of Austin for this great honor and to have him as a part of our program for the past four seasons. We know Austin will continue to work hard as he moves on to college and will be very successful.
